Organic dry wine from local grapes, Agiorgitiko, Cretan (mavraki), Red and White Rhoditis. The process of vinification takes place in the certified unit of Theodorakakos where we ensure the preservation of the very good quality of our wine.

What makes our wine special is the fact that our vines are in a mountainous area where there is a warm dry climate with low levels of humidity. That's why it is not nessecery to use the sulfur element. Therefore because the grapes are collected and selected carefully and the vinification takes place in the certified unit we use the minimum amount of sulfites that is used to protect the wine from the fungi. In that way our wine remains pure and free of chemicals and keeps its ingredients and its good taste analtered. You can try it to see the great taste.
