Black olives variety Kalamon in organic olive oil cold pressed. It is our production with normal amount of salt (not salty) and organic thyme. Suitable for those who want to taste authentic recipe in olives variety Kalamon. Strong and pure olive taste best for eating with you meal.

Beginning from October we collect the black ripe olives Kalamon from our olive trees. Harvesting takes place in three stages because the fruit grows gradually depending on the amount of the fruit every tree has. After the harvesting the crop gets selected (;) and then stored in special barrels in water with salt.

The best selection of our olives allows us not to use big quantities of salt to preserve them.

The olives are being placed in vases with cold pressed olive oil of our production and also in vacuum packages with olive oil and thyme of our production.
